A blue bird is building, repairing, their nest. Its eye is gentle, looking at you. 8 logs form the nest, each growing leaves, protecting the eggs. The bird's real eye is gentle - but the top of its wings have another eye, weirder, wilder, more intense. Staring. There are two parts to this bird.

The pamphlet says "Repetition" and "Swift Movement to Create Stability."

This is an interesting one. The bird is so calm - like a duck on a pond, perhaps? But the feathers of the bird are not - they have such intense, roiling detail. The two sides, I guess.

I can easily see this being part of the day - in fact, this would be my entire current job. Swift movements to keep things running smoothly. It's definitely a core aspect of daily living, and, I won't fear getting this one in my daily reading.
