10 of Clubs.
12 April 2021 09:48A person, probably female, wearing a knit club-patterned cap, is carrying an armful of logs. There are 10, and they are all leafing. She is looking down at them, perhaps working to balance the heavy load.
There's a teensy bit of Ye Olde Portlandia aesthetic in this image! But somehow I don't mind. She is working hard to carry all her logs, probably to put on a fire, or a woodpile. I hope she gets them there safely!
The pamphlet reads "A Responsibility or Burden."
I think the image aligns well - this would have been the meaning I half-jokingly would have guessed first. Well, every day brings a different responsibility or burden, for sure. This is a Minor Arcana, so I will not fear or be surprised to draw this card.
Come to think of it - what are my responsibilities for the day? Best get back to those...
