Ace of Spades.
13 May 2021 08:04A new suite... and a whole new attitude! This card doesn't mess around - it is a SWORD, unsheathed, with surrounded by what seems like laurel branches (?) and some "airy" flowers (they have spaces between the petals). The color scheme is blue, purple, gray and brown. Floating in front of the mid-point of the blade is an eye, in the middle of a triangle - very Freemason-esque! Light, or lines of energy, radiate out from it. It is the center - the point.
"Point" is the feeling I get from this card for sure. Pokey parts everywhere! Not just the tip of the sword, but also the three points of the triangle, and the flowers don't soften it that much...
The pamphlet reads "Focus and Clarity". Also, it notes that the spades suite is symbolized by swords (whaddaya know!), represents reason and intellect, and the element of air.
Yes... I see the connection nice and clear. And - I could stand to use some of it, too. I am getting by, getting things done, but a little more focus is always good, especially as I wade through the dreary stuff I have to do every AM. Wouldn't it be nice to get through it faster, do it better, and get back to all my hiking and reading and Mcmenamins-visiting all the faster? Also - I have an interview coming up next Monday. I don't want the job, per se, but I also don't want to embarrass Charlie. Also - if somehow I did get the job by being exceptionally honest (I won't, but still) I *would* want the job. Also - worst comes to worst, I can get information on the state of the job market by cross-interviewing. Buuuut what I think this card has to tell me is... know what you want, before you sleep-walk into something you don't.
Wise words. I will think on them.
